Day Webster a leading healthcare recruitment company are looking to recruit 2 additional customer service advisers to give out of hours support for our clients and nursing staff.
We are a very fast growing, successful company, this role has been created due to continued expansion.
You will take bookings, cancellations and other requests from our clients, NHS hospitals and help manage their bookings by placing our highly qualified nurses and healthcare staff. You will also be dealing with incoming emails, so an ability to work quickly and multi-task is essential as is the ability to work accurately and remain calm under pressure. Experience in this sort of work environment would be a major advantage.
You will have excellent telephone communication skills, and be passionate about customer service. Must be a self-starter, self-motivated able to work unsupervised after training.
Working at our offices in Loughton less than 10 minute walk from Debden Central Line Station 3 or 4 shifts Monday to Friday overnight 21:00 to 07:00
