As the UK’s fastest-growing healthcare recruitment company we are looking to recruit a customer service adviser to give out of hours support for our clients and nursing staff.
We are a very fast growing, successful company, this role has been created due to continued expansion. You will take bookings, cancellations and other requests from our clients, NHS hospitals and help manage their bookings by placing our highly qualified nurses and healthcare staff. You will take 50 to 100 calls per shift, make a similar number of outbound calls and record all information accurately on our computer system in a timely manner.
You must also be dealing with incoming emails, so an ability to work quickly and multi-task is essential. Must be able to work accurately and remain calm under pressure. Experience in this sort of work environment would be a major advantage.
You will have excellent telephone communication skills, and be passionate about customer service, doing your best, and have an ability to learn quickly on the job. You must also be flexible and adaptable, and reliability is a must.
Working at our offices in Loughton (with free parking) just 5 minutes walk from Debden Tube Station, you will work 3 to 4 overnight shifts 10:00pm to 8:00am.
