Our Client is a market leader within the distribution industry, with market presence across Europe. Due to increased business demand, they are now looking to add an Outsourced Contracts Manager to their offices in Leeds

Description

Key Responsibilities Include ;

  • Responsibility for the contract management of outsourced service providers within the customer service function
  • Provide detailed and analytic reports on contractual performance for outsourced service providers, feeding back to the senior leadership team to support on key decision making
  • Full day to day management of the contract, being first point of contact for any issues with the contract, solving all issues in a time sensitive manor
  • Support in the delivery of the outsourced customer service model, working in partnership with key internal stakeholders to ensure the business needs are met in relation to the outsourced contracts
  • Direct management for a team of 3, driving a consistent customer service offering across the whole business

Profile

The Successful Candidate ;

  • Experience of managing a 3rd party contract, preferably within a customer service function
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management experience
  • Experience of managing and implementing SLA's and KPI's
  • Available to travel internationally on occasions

Job Offer

This is a permanent full time opportunity, working 37.5 hours per week based in the Leeds area, offering a salary of £35,000 plus on site parking and bonus
