Outreach Support Worker

BS Social Care are currently recruiting for experienced Outreach Support Workers to work with Children and Young People (8-18) with complex needs, autism, learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.

This is a challenging role, but the rewards are incomparable to any other care job. You will be working in an environment where the little things that you do every day could have life-changing results. Your ambition for the young people you support will help them take steps to fulfilling their potential.

General Responsibilities include:

- Participating in a wide range of individually tailored programmes, involving exciting recreational activities within both the home and the community.

- Assisting with daily practical living, such as cooking cleaning and general domestic tasks.

- Supporting individual's with personal care (May be required, depending on the young persons needs)

You will to have experience of working with children/young people with autism and have a DBS on the update service.
