About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Outreach Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to provide individualised support to young adults with complex needs. This role involves working across diverse settings to help students access and engage in their education, ensuring they receive the guidance and support needed to thrive in various environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students in a range of settings, including home, college, and community environments.
- Assist in the development and implementation of personalised learning plans tailored to each student's unique needs and goals.
- Work closely with educators and other professionals to ensure consistent and coordinated support for students.
- Support students in developing vocational and life skills, facilitating their participation in work placements, social activities, and leisure pursuits.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere, encouraging students to achieve their potential and gain independence.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to educators and adjusting support strategies as needed.
- Promote the safeguarding and well-being of all students by following established procedures and protocols.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience working with individuals with complex needs, ideally in an educational or outreach setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and their families.
- A flexible and adaptive approach to supporting learning in non-traditional settings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education, special needs, or social care are preferred.
