Our Client is a large International Contact Centre Outsourcer with fantastic offices in Canary Wharf. We're looking for an experienced Team Manager to take over on the management of an existing team making Outbound Lead Acquisition calls. The role holder will lead from the front and motivate and inspire their team to achieve results and deliver the coaching to ensure they meet them. The role will also involve analysing results and ensuring the quality commitment made to the Client is delivered.
In terms of who I am looking for, it is an absolute essential that individuals speak fluent German. Candidates will also need to have had Contact Centre man management experience in an Outbound Sales environment. I'm looking for someone who can best the best out of people while delivering results within a quality led operation. Prior experience of working in a Client led environment would be beneficial.
