We are looking for a highly motivated, target driven and sales hungry individual with excellent verbal communication skills and with the natural ability to build rapport with people and deliver sales results to join us as Outbound Sales in our lively and unique Outbound department.
Our offices are modern, open plan and our call centre is energetic and unique, just like us! We run weekly and monthly incentive bonuses alongside an uncapped commission structure - our basic annual salary is £16,287 with an OTE of £22,500.
What this role entails:
• Performing outbound calls on various campaigns in our soft-sell model
• Engaging and offering our products within a preview window as a warm sell
• Managing a script and truly making it your own to drive your results
• Administrating and processing member information and call logging using our system
• Professionally and ethically following best practice and procedures with excellent quality standards
Previous experience within a sales environment would be great and we pride ourselves in our training and induction programme. You will also get exposure to other departments and in time, if you really shine you could find yourself working in other departments such as marketing or operations as we have a policy to promote internally where people have shown exceptional skills.

This role is 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, with our latest shift finishing at 7.30pm with an early finish on Fridays.
