Outbound Sales Executive

Job Purpose:

To contact commercial in industrial businesses or public sector organisations to gain an appointment for our designated sales force in order for them to offer our health, safety and educational solutions. Working with assigned representatives for a given area to follow up on cold call and business data.

Dimension and Scope:

The successful candidate will be a team player who provides exceptional enthusiasm to achieve /exceed targets. They will strive on achieving goals and have a "Can do" attitude. Excellent telephone experience necessary. A demonstrable positive attitude towards External and Internal customers. Ability to adapt to change easily and thrive in a fast paced environment.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. To achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets in line with Business Objectives including KPI's
  2. To liaise with Contact Centre Team Leader/ IT for data to action
  3. To pro-actively spot moments of opportunity for new business referring to Outbound


  1. To work on own initiative - planning and organising diary systems
  2. Feedback any issues identified to Contact Centre Team Leader
  3. To support Contact Centre Team Leader in any changes
  4. Any other duties as deemed appropriate
