This is an outbound role with a focus on Business to Business appointments
To advise customers and sell a wide range of professional learning products to new and existing customers in various industries.

? Sales –pursue outbound leads to convert into enrolments onto courses and recognise and maximise opportunities to increase sales
? Commercial Business Development – Identify/book appointments with potential leads and pass them to the Business Development Managers.
? Performance – drive personal performance to achieve personal and organisational goals.
? Process – process transactions accurately and in a timely and efficient manner, resolving any exceptions promptly and keeping the stakeholders informed.
? Administration – undertake a range of administrative tasks with a high degree of personal responsibility and judgment working to a standard of accuracy as defined by the team manager.
? Continuous improvement – contribute positively to the team to achieve business objectives and improve efficiency of processes and systems.
? Flexibility – work flexibly within the team and across the division according to business needs.
Working hours are 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. The office will be moving to Openshaw on Friday 17th February.
