Outbound Sales Advisor
Basic £18,500 plus commission
(realistic commission circa £9k)
A new exciting opportunity has arisen to join an outstanding organisation offering great benefits and career progression. Reporting to the Senior Sales Team Leader, the Outbound Sales Advisor will focus on contacting key customer segments with the objective to generate additional orders from these customer groups.
Key responsibilities, include, but are not limited to:
- Outbound to potential customers identified by the Marketing Team
- Identify and Qualify leads for the Internal Account Executive Team and arrange visits for the Field Sales Team.
- Convert Customer Leads generated by the Lead Generation Company
- Process of all web orders through order integration
- 1st level of response to sales enquiries received via email/website
- Re-instate lapsed contracted accounts
- Achieve and exceed targets
- Provide the highest level of Customer Service
- Setting up of appropriate pricing schedules upholding the companies objectives
Skills and experience required for this role:
- Telephone sales and customer service skills
- Willing to gain knowledge of the clients products and industry
- Be professional, target driven, flexible in approach and confident
- Team work and people management
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Ability to work in an international group
- Proficient written & oral communication skills
- Proficient PC skills (MS Office) and ideally Mail Order operating systems
