Outbound Sales Adviser - Salary £19,500.00 DOE + OTE 30% commision

Based: Wolverhampton

We are searching for an experienced Outbound Sales Adviser, to join our Client, a well-established professional Home security company in their Outbound SalesTeam. Working as part of the Team you will becontinually identifying opportunities to positively improve the customer experience and introduce existing and potential customers to the full range of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Area Sales Managers by raising quotes, booking appointments, arranging samples, credit application requests and raising events
  • Cold calling potential new customers and identifying new business opportunities
  • Development of existing customers advising on new brand and products
  • Generate orders and identify possible sales
  • Monthly retention calls prioritizing on low spend accounts
  • Updating in-house system and customer data base
  • Regular on-target feedback sessions with Area Sales Managers identifying areas of concern
  • Highlighting customers for recognition following month end reporting
  • Run regular competitor, or product based sales & market research campaigns
  • Manage new business process taking ownership with a cradle to grave approach
  • Building relationships with all group sites

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant experience of Product Sales, Outbound Tele-sales or Cold Calling
  • Product knowledge would also be beneficial
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, Sage, Salesforce, Phocas
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill are essential
  • High level of customer service skills with a positive, friendly and professional attitude
  • Commitment to external and internal customer satisfaction
  • Good customer service skills, analytical abilities and attention to detail with client requests
  • Ability to demonstrate strong problem solving skills, resolving issues before they develop
