Outbound Customer Service Executive £21,500 + £4,000 uncapped bonus potential!

Are you an enthusiastic people person who is great on the telephone?

My client has created not one but two brand new roles to strengthen their Sales and Account Management teams and you will provide vital support to a large number of accounts with the aim to build relationships, ensuring repeat business and advising of any cross and upselling opportunities.

You will get to know your customers and their buying patterns so you are able to really cultivate them, bring in additional sales for the companies and more (uncapped) commission for you!

The ideal candidate:

  • Excellent Communication skills to develop relationships with existing valued customers via warm outbound calls
  • A Positive attitude with a Proactive Mind set and the Drive to succeed
  • The ability to learn a product range (training will be provided) so you can confidently advise on the options your customers have
