Typical duties and responsibilities include:
- Taking inbound calls from new customers to take their information and enter details onto in-house systems
- Taking inbound calls to provide information and to assist customers
- Make warm outbound calls to customers who have requested information regarding my clients’ services
- Assisting customers with the completion of their applications.
- The first point of contact for the company so you must be professional and informative
- The ability to communicate clearly, positively and effectively.
- To display a positive and enthusiastic work ethic.
- To build and develop long-term customer relationships
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to build rapport quickly and easily.
The successful candidates will be rewarded with an hourly rate of £8.00 per hour (£15,600 starting salary) and an OTE of £19,200 – Bonus is paid monthly and is on average between £300 and £500 based on individual performance.
The normal working hours are Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.30. 37.5 hours per week.
No sales/telephone experience is required as full training will be given and all outbound calls are qualified - no sales necessary. The role requires somebody who is professional, has a keen eye for detail and is confident on the telephone.
You will be based in the impressive Knutsford offices and there is free parking on site, located just over 1 mile away from Knutsford train station.
