Outbound Customer Service Advisor

Outbound Customer Service Advisor. A Bristol based call centre need Outbound Customer Service Advisors to join the team starting 25th April for a one month temporary contract campaign. Making non sales, outbound customer service calls, the Outbound Customer Service Advisors will contact people in their own homes B2C and thank them for their participation in a campaign that they've agreed to take part in. The Outbound Customer Service Advisor will arrange further information to be sent out and answer any questions the participants may have.

The Outbound Customer Service Advisor shifts will be 12:00-20:00 working 5 days over 7 days with days off in the week if weekend shifts worked.

The Outbound Customer Service Advisor will need call handling experience and good customer service skills. The Outbound Customer Service Advisor will need excellent communication skills.

The Outbound Customer Service Advisor hourly rate is £7.83ph.
