Salary: £8.50 per hour

Duration: Temporary 3 weeks

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound calling
  • Updating customer records
  • Providing high levels of customer service
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

Skills / Experience / Attributes
The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable but not essential as training is provided
  • Strong communication
  • Customer focused attitude
  • Good Listening skills
