Working in our Outbound team at the AA, you are not going to be tied down with boring shifts!
We love to have a work/life balance here, so you will never work Sundays, or Bank Holidays and we only do a half day on a Saturday.
We currently work a 3 week pattern with a week of early shifts, a week of later shifts and a 3 day weekend so you can balance your time with friends, family and hobbies.
And … if that was not enough on the third week you also get a "choice week" where you get to pick the hours you work!
What will i be doing?
As part of our Outbound team your role will be to call our current AA members and customers who have left the AA and talk to them about the benefits and rewards of having a continuous membership with us. You will build relationships through asking the right questions and giving the right information to our members. You will talk to our members about all our current offers and have engaging conversations of the benefits of AA membership
This is a great role in an environment which is supportive and friendly.
