As a Call Centre Agent you will be responsible for:

  • Establishing contact with existing clients

  • Making customers aware of additional products and services we offer to them
  • Offering guidance and support to clients

The successful Candidate for the role of call centre agent will:

NOTE: Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete a DBS check at the Employer's expense.

- Pay: £9.48 Per Hour + 20% Commission based on KPI achievement

- Working Hours (37.5 hours per week + opportunity for overtime on Saturday):

- Monday & Tuesdays - 11:30 - 8pm

- Wednesdays &Thursdays -10:30 - 7pm

- Fridays - 9:30 - 6pm

- Opportunity to work overtime on Saturday
