Your new company
You will be working for Amey Metering who provide utility services on behalf of Unity Utilities, based onsite at Lingley Mere Business Park. Up to 10 Administration and Customer Experience vacancies available for ongoing temporary assignments with the view of going permanent when the opportunities arise.
Your new role
You will be required to work on an ongoing weekly basis in their busy newly developed complex based in Lingley Mere. As an Administrator or Customer Experience Advisor you will be required to update customers (members of the public) with contract information, dates that engineers will be visiting, updating multiple systems with confidential records and liaising with various departments including scheduling and permits.
What you'll need to succeed
Must be available to start at short notice, fully IT literate, have the ability to follow through tasks and keep customers updated throughout the process. Must be flexible and hardworking.

Long term temporary role based at Lingley Mere, hours between 16:00 - 22:00 in the week and in the day at the weekend.
