Out of hours administrator required - 24 hrs per week - £9.50 per hour.
Your new company
You will be working for Amey- a very large infrastructure and utility contractor. You will be working at their facility at Lingley Mere Business Park where they service their contract with United Utilities.
Your new role
Your new role is an out of hours position working on the clean water team within Amey. Typical duties include receiving call outs from customers and contractors of Amey and then scheduling engineers to go out to attend to rectify the issue. In addition to this, you will use Amey's internal computer systems to process site reports and fill out any paperwork required to follow up the actions of a call. You will work for a total of 24 hours per week. Your shift pattern will be between 1600-2200 Monday to Friday and between 0800-2200 at the weekend. You will work 4 days a week.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have contact centre or administration experience in order to really hit the ground running.
What you'll get in return
You will earn £9.50 per hour plus holiday pay. When a permanent position arises, you will be invited to apply for that position.
