Location (country): Anywhere with necessary travel to Israel

?Kimberly-Clark is embarking on a transformation project for its Israel business, which provides this opportunity to support Kimberly-Clark through an important development with potential for the subsequent extension across the wider EMEA territory.

An exciting opportunity exists for two (maybe three) self-motivated and skilled Logistics systems & process Specialists to join the Central Delivery Cycle Support Team team to support this project.

The roles will have a direct reporting line to the Central support Team Leader, though will take direction from the Israel Project workstream leaders. As the roles are part of a wider long term iniatiave, the central coordination will be key to building simplified & standardised capabilities that will be key to Kimberly-Clark's long term goals.

This is a key role within a wider SAP S4 Implementation for the whole of the Israel business.

Main areas of responsibility;
  • Lead and successfully deliver SAP S4 Inventory, Warehouse & Transport management solutions as part of overall SAP S4 implementation in Israel
  • Supported by SAP S4 Consultants you will support and lead the development of the final modules covering finished goods inventory management, from post production receipt through to final customer delivery processes, that allow for future adoption of processes and systems across the remainder of the EMEA region.
  • Drive focus to limit any negative impact or disruption to the Israel Business Unit or business results throughout the duration of the project as a result of changes to existing systems and processes.
  • Provide Subject matter expert level knowledge and leadership for the Supply Chain work stream components covering (i) finished goods & pallets inventory management, (ii) warehouse management processes at storage & handling unit level, (iii) transport management of internal & external orders including trade customer & consumer level orders.   • Develop SME / Specialist level expertise through the project phases to understand the migration from existing Israel processes to planned SAP S4 solutions, to engage with user support, acceptance testing and go live / post go-live activity - influence the design for ongoing user / process support model.
  • Deliver SME / Consultant level expertise in order to lead or support future implementations across EMEA - Drive and develop connections with existing EMEA leaders and teams to ensure alignment of best practices, awareness of strategies, and simplification & standardisation of processes and systems.

    Skills and Experience
  • Broad understanding of EMEA level, FMCG environment, physical logistics processes, systems and best practices with excellent functional and system knowledge for existing Inventory (SAP ERP), Warehouse (LE-WM, EWM) and Transport (TM, JDA, 3PL etc) management systems within a core SAP ERP landscape (ECC6 / S4)
  • Strong understanding of how the physical logistics processes interact with other Supply Chain and business functions
  • Support development, testing and delivery of standard SAP module solutions for inventory, warehouse and transport management processes with a view to wider EMEA adoption at a later stage - Experience with liasing with ITAS and User communities to support UAT, Go-Live and Post Go Live Support.
  • Proven ability to foresee what the implications of process changes might entail and ownership for working through those changes with EMEA and global process owners
  • Proven ability to communicate process considerations in layman’s terms to engage & influence senior leaders on key transformation elements
  • Proven ability to drive and deliver business process change and improvements - Building on existing processes and adopting new standards
  • Proven ability to drive future ?capability ?building to ensure best practice and processes are embedded within Israel and wider EMEA as required.
  • Flexibility on travel is essential as there will be extended periods of activity based within Israel and then wider EMEA in subsequent phases
  • Previous experience of one or other of SAP modules in ECC6 or S4 is essential - experience of both would be excellent
  • Strong planning & organising capibility is required, supported with Microsoft Office skills i.e. Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Project
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills will be essential - English is essential - capability in Hebrew will be highly desirable.
