To initiate and lead engagement/consultation with senior management and staff on the operating model options, collate and analyse feedback.
To develop and organise design framework and tools to enable the operating model to be implemented across the department.
To assist in developing an effective staff resourcing model.
To develop a process for capturing staff information needed to support the staff resourcing model.
To develop an implementation approach for embedding the staff resourcing model across the department.
To support in delivering the flexible resourcing model.
You will need to demonstrate experience of organisation design and development, working with senior management teams on the design and delivery of complex change. Along with proven project management experience in a complex programme environment.
