By joining the Corporate Functions team here at Vodafone Group you will support our people in strengthening our position as an admired company in the eyes of our customers, shareholders and employees. To provide role grading expertise for VGS and lead on all reporting/ budgeting requirements for Global Technology/ Corporate Functions.
Maintain anchor roles and grade new roles through the analysis of role profiles and organisation designs, using Willis Towers Watson methodology
Monthly headcount reporting for Group Technology/ Group Corporate Functions
Lead budgeting cycles on behalf of Group Technology/ Corporate Functions HR Directors. Activities include activities planning, process kick off, headcount number centralization and extract insight as well as preparing the all materials HR Directors will use in budget review meetings
Lead execution of Organisation Health Check (deep dive analysis of organisational effectiveness metrics) and work with HRBPs to define opportunities and actions
