My client who are an internationally successful company based in Moreton in Marsh is currently recruiting for an Order Support Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with current customer service experience, whether this is within an office, retail or hospitality.

Responsibilities/Duties;

-Answer incoming calls and take telephone orders

-Put orders onto Orderwise system from Email Inbox

-Quote customers over the phone and via email

-Help sort Customer queries & General Customer communication

-Assist Customer Services Manager

-Any duties required to assist in the daily running of the business.

Skills & Qualifications Required;

-IT literate-Word/Excel -Good working Knowledge

-Extremely confident in communicating with clients via the telephone and email

-Team player, but also confident to work independently and ask for instructions when unsure

-Excellent organisational skills

Hours- Monday to Friday- 40 hours per week

Salary - Up to £20,000
