Order Processor/Inbound Call Handler

Redex Recruitment are currently working with a well known distribution company in Romford who are currently looking for an Order Processor/Inbound Call Handler

The main purpose of an Order Processor/Inbound Call Handler is to act as the first point of contact for a customer wishing to place an order with the company. Duties will include but not limited to;

  • To answer all incoming calls to the Telesales Department within 5 rings
  • To inform and advise all customers of any new stock items and any promotional offers along with up selling products
  • To work closely with distribution to ensure deliveries are made on time
  • Complete administration tasks as directed by your sales representative and line manager
  • To ensure that the call list you are given is completed on time and all orders are logged and processed

This role is working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and will be offering a basic salary of around £16,500 depending on your experience

My client is looking for someone with a great telephone manner and ideally have experience within a customer service position or have at least 6 months experience working within an office environment
