Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, highly dynamic candidate with a keen eye for detail to join our team as a logistics co-ordinator.

It is imperative that the candidate has logistical experience and must be able to multitask in this fast-paced environment

It is vital that the candidate has experience in the following:

  • Import and Export
  • Air Freight and Sea Freight
  • Road deliveries

You will be responsible for sales order processing and purchase order processing.
Booking stock in and out from our 3 Pls warehouses , customer and suppliers.
Sending shipping instructions and liaising with providers for quotations.
Communicating with freight providers , customers , suppliers.
Back order reporting.
Dealing with credit notes.
Liaising with the Financial Controller and MD.
Stock takes.
Daily invoicing of sales orders to customers.
Liaising with accounts for Pre Payments to suppliers.
Checking documents for inbound and out shipments.
Working with SAGE and Exchequer.
Processing returns.
Raising Profit breakdowns.
Placing forward orders.
Dealing with customers & suppliers.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Degree preferably relating to business/management
  • Minimum 5 years experiene4
  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge of SAGE and EXCHQUER
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages
  • Organised and responsible
  • Self-driven
  • Effective communicator
  • Experience of working with 3Pl’s
