Order Processer / Billings Administrator ASAP START

We are currently looking for an Sales order processor to join our enthusiastic team.

Responsibilities:

- To provide excellent levels of customer service at all times

- Handle customer queries on account

- Accurate processing of customer orders, paying great attention to detail

- Processing orders from start to finish; Invoices, Credits

- Liaison with internal and external departments

- Liaison over the telephone and email

- Updating of all in house systems as required

- Daily administration and data entry

- Any other reasonable duties which relate to the smooth running and operation of the department

Candidate's:

- Must have excellent customer service skills and previous experience in a similar role

- Able to work well in a busy environment to a high standard -

Great levels of attention to detail

- Great organisational skills

- Proactive and professional
