My client is a forward thinking, global organisation seeking a bright and dedicated candidate to join their organisation in a busy admin focused role. Working as part of a friendly team you will be tasked with maintaining a high level of service to their clients.

Duties of the role will include:
Process customer orders
Liaise with Supply Chain Manager to resolve any queries that may arise with submitted orders
Provide support for pre-receipts and packing lists for deliveries
Provide detailed breakdowns to Freight companies for clearance purposes
Answer incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries to appropriate person
Data entry and processing
Deal with customer enquiries and queries providing replacement products when needed
Analysis of data for the Finance Manager and Demand planner
Ad hoc admin duties including support for office supplies, filing etc.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Previous experience administration/Data entry
Experience of dealing with customers and clients
A good standard of written and spoken English with a pleasant telephone manner
Computer literacy (including Microsoft Office & databases)
Team Player
Ability to organise and prioritise
