Processing orders - understanding stock and supply requirements
Producing financial reports in Excel
Liaising directly with logistics partners
Providing telephone and email support to customers and distribution channel
General admin support to the team as needed
Essential Skills/ Experience
Current order management / order processing experience is essential
Proven experience of supply chain / manufacturing / distribution / logistics
Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel with the ability to generate reports
Accurate with a high attention to detail
Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
