Order Entry Assistant -Immediate start

Our client seeks an order Entry assistant to join their busy department on a 3 month contract role.

To process orders received from the Sales-force and Customers using the Symphony(SAP) order processing system.

General Responsibilities:

To ensure that orders received are prioritised and processed on a daily basis.
Create and maintain customer master files
Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on the database
Answer order entry helpline, take orders and handle enquiries.
Input Diary information on to a spreadsheet
Maintain spreadsheets when required
Answer and respond to queries and requests via email.

Experience of working with MS Office & SAP
