Our client who is one the largest manufacturers in their industry is looking for an Order Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis, based in their offices near Longlevens.

This will be joining a close-knit office with a great friendly atmosphere. You must have excellent attention to detail and be able to work well with the team but also use your own initiative.

Candidate Responsibilities;

- Order Processing
- Raising and sending purchase orders
-Order verification

-General Administration filing,

-Liaising with external suppliers

-Supply updates on delays, shortages and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner with the sales team

Candidate Attributes;
- Good IT skills, PC literate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive nature in a very reactive environment
- Excellent organisational skills
- Polite telephone manner
-SAP experience will be desirable, in house training will be provided

Hours- Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (after training will be a rota to do 8am-4pm every 3 weeks)

Salary- Up to £20,000
