Order Administrator - Dursley
My fantastic client based in Dursley are currently recruiting for an Order Administrator to join their expanding team on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be an integral part of the customer service team processing and providing updates on customers orders as well as arranging transportation from suppliers direct to customers.
-Check order documents and ensure they are loaded accurately
-Verify products ordered for customers’ orders
-File completed documents in designated locations
-Respond to customer requests for information
-Work with third party logistics partner to ensure that stock is picked and delivered correctly
-Create and input new customers and new products
-Amending sales and purchase prices in the system
-Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers, customers and supply chain contacts
-Ensure orders are invoiced accurately and on time
-Management of new launch phasing and ordering
-Strong administration and customer service experience
-Good telephone communication skills
-Methodical and thorough approach to work
-Organised and good at prioritising tasks
-Great team player
Hours - Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
