This is a role for a dynamic and driven individual with substantial operations, team management and development experience to join a well established and rapidly expanding organisation who are leaders in their field.
You will meet Service Level Agreements (Financial Services and Legal) by managing, motivating and developing teams (one a service team with a mixture of telephone and administration work and another dealing with client relationship management), setting KPI’s, monitoring achievement of objectives and the adherence to regulatory framework.
You will be energetic, driven and enthusiastic with proven experience of successfully leading and developing teams. Experience in a telephone-based service-driven environment is highly desirable.
You will have experience of working in a fast-paced heavily regulated and process driven environment using a collaborative approach to achieve your goals.
You will have experience working with clients, providing a first-class service and ensuring that client needs are met in a thoroughly professional and efficient manner. You will have excellent attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, be self-motivated and customer focused. Above all you will have the drive and desire to succeed in a stimulating, varied and dynamic environment.
The salary for this full time permanent position is up to £45,000 per annum depending entirely upon skills and experience.
