NHBC has a unique opportunity available for an Operations Support Senior Administrator to join the team based in Milton Keynes. The role is a permanent and full time position offering a salary from £20,000 - £22,000 per annum.

The Operations Support Senior Administrator Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Administrator within to complement our Operations Support Team. In this role you will contribute to the success of the Operations Support business, i.e. Building Control, Engineering, Inspection and Major Projects by ensuring efficient and effective provision of administrative support including the operation of procedures and systems and the processing of information for use internally and externally. You will provide PA secretarial and administrative support to a group of Operations Managers to include diary management, sourcing of venues and arranging travel requirements in a timely and cost effective manner. You will prepare and present letters, schedules and reports, screen correspondence and telephone calls acting with discretion and confidentially as directed.
Our ideal Operations Support Senior Administrator
You can demonstrate solid administrative skills and experience preferably supported by an appropriate qualification. It is likely you will have experience as a senior secretary / administrator. Organisational and resource deployment skills are essential attributes, along with the ability to evaluate and improve systems and processes. You must possess good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within NHBC and with external customers and suppliers. You are highly numerate and have in-depth in MS Office applications with particular emphasis on setting up templates and familiarity with networks and web enabled systems. You have the ability to take initiative and work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
