We are UrbanLeaf - the UK’s longest running street fundraising company. Our mission is to provide true value to our clients through donor acquisition, retention and partnership. Currently they are, War Child, Barnardo’s, Action Aid, Plan International UK and Oxfam. We promote regular, long term giving through direct debit donations and pride ourselves on the quality donors we source for our charity partners.
You will form the front line for UrbanLeaf’s administrative team providing support to the Operations Manager. You will assist with the logistical needs of our Regional Managers based throughout the UK and provide administrative support to a very busy, multitasking central office administration team.
Key Role Responsibilities
- Operational Administration
To support the Operations Manager in ensuring that all Regional Managers are completing their weekly administrative task. To provide support to all Regional Managers on a weekly basis for the regions to be able to complete their administration duties and keeping all regional materials up to date.
- Site Management
Working with the Operations Manager in-order to secure viable fundraising sites for all teams in all regions while complying with all necessary rules and restrictions and accurately record these sites in the relevant Regional Schedule.
To ensure that all UrbanLeaf company procedures are being followed. To assist with weekly HR tasks so that all new members of staff are accurately recorded in-order for the processing of payroll including sending out pay slips and P45’s at month end.
- Data Processing
To work under the guidance of the Operations Manager, ensuring absolute accuracy and completeness of data to guarantee results are sent out correctly and on time both Senior Management and to external partners.
- Office Administration
To provide overarching support to the Operations Manager for all office administration whist ensuring that all staff are complying with UrbanLeaf’s policies and procedures. To accurately record regional and company expenses and monitoring all materials for each of the charities both in the office and in the regions. Place stationary and equipment orders as necessary, sorting post, letters, invoices and maintaining a clean and productive working environment.
- To provide holiday cover for administration staff as required
- To Support the Operations Manager in various projects and tasks as they arise
You must have experience in a similar role within office support, admin and HR.
