My client sells solutions for both homes and businesses and offer a detailed and effective service offered by professionals. You will be based in smart new offices near Guildford and will be reporting to the Managing Director with the main aim of the role being to deal with customer inquiries and to maintain a high level of customer service both on a B2C and B2B basis.

You will need excellent diary management for this role as you will be organising diary dates and times for the technicians out in the field, handling complaints and making sure the technicians have stock available. Managing incoming calls to the customer service line and to pass on leads to the sales team.

You must have excellent customer service skills and operations experience, with very strong organisational skills. Excellent communication skills and the the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage your own time effectively is needed with customer orientation and the ability to adapt to different situations and customers is also required.
