Operations Scheduler and Customer Service Team Leader

Main Purpose of the Operations Scheduler and Customer Service Team Leader:

Working in a busy office based in Gloucester Business Park in Brockworth, the role is two-fold - scheduling a team of national engineers using in house applications, plus supporting the Operations Manager in daily tasks and assisting where needed within customer service operations and procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to experience a variety of tasks within a very exciting company.

To be a desirable candidate as Operations Scheduler and Customer Service Team Leader you will have experience of scheduling and/or some previous involvement in managing people in a call centre and customer service environment.

Main Duties of the Operations Scheduler and Customer Service Team Leader:

  • Creating daily schedules for a growing team of national engineers to ensure all installations and repairs are completed within strict time frames
  • Fleet and transport management
  • Providing responsive technical support, guaranteeing our 48-hour report to repair promise.
  • Raising planned maintenance visits each month.
  • Setting up service contract and arranging the planned maintenance.
  • Raising sub-contractor purchase orders
  • Signing off invoices
  • Dealing with customer complaints
  • Assist with stock, customer accounts, HR related issues, and support decision making made by senior management.
  • Able to demonstrate strong organisation administrative skills
  • Strong computer literacy, excel, word, PowerPoint
  • Positive and friendly with a "can do attitude"
  • Ensure all commercial agreements are met and exceeded where possible
  • Prepare and deliver regular management reports detailing operations performance.
  • Meet the needs of the operations business to support overall growth.
  • Ordering of engineers stock
  • Ensuring all call outs are opened and closed appropriately
  • Regular reporting on customer service operations
  • Raising call out and Installations of products
  • Liaising with customers on completed jobs
  • Other administrative duties appropriate to the role
