I am recruiting an Operations Officer to provide efficient, effective and consistent delivery of remote back office support duties for a client-facing consultancy which operates in the not-for-profit sector. Working from home, this is a busy, part-time role that directly supports the Operations Manager, and provides assistance in a variety of administrative duties.

With the core hours of 1.30pm - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, you will support the organisation’s operations by undertaking a variety of tasks including: providing administration support to the organisation’s client-facing consultancy activities; assisting with report production/document formatting; maintaining accurate information with the organisation’s operational systems; facilitating calendar management/meeting arrangements; assisting with data entry, book-keeping and record management processes, etc.

This is an exciting role for the perfect candidate - and we are seeking a switched-on, detail-oriented, exceptionally organised individual. The fact that this is a home-based position means that the ideal candidate will be a driven self-starter, capable of liaising with a wide-range of stakeholders and looking to build their career in the non-profit or professional membership body sectors.
