We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the charity's service delivery to clients, primarily carers of all ages but also people with care needs.
The post holder will work with service leads and coordinators to ensure services deliver quality and positive outcomes for service users and meet contract and funder requirements.
The successful applicant will identify and oversee the delivery of cross-organisational strategies, programmes and projects to improve service quality and/or efficiency. You will develop medium- and long-term plans as required to maintain and sustain services including through funding transitions and/or to address unmet need.
Areas of responsibility include:
