This is an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Operations Manager to take up a new and exciting role within the surgery’s management team.
We are a friendly, semi-rural, dispensing and training Practice operating across two sites in the Northern Lincolnshire towns of Kirton Lindsey and Scotter. We have a list size of circa 10500 patients and use SystmOne clinical software. We are also a member of the North Lincolnshire South Care Network, working closely with 6 other local Practices.
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated leader with good organisational and communication skills, preferably with previous experience in the GP Surgery/Primary Care setting.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to take a step up or for someone looking for a role where they aren’t the only manager in the practice and where there is more focus on the specific day to day operational management of the Practice.
Working closely to support the Practice Business Manager, you will also be supported by our fantastic team including: Finance Manager, 4 GP Partners, 3 salaried GPs, a strong and skilled nursing team, Pharmacy team and an experienced administrative and front line reception team.
This is a permanent post available on a full or part time basis, working Monday to Friday. Salary and working hours are to be confirmed and agreed during the recruitment process and will be dependent upon experience.
