This innovative company offers personalised support and care to individuals with complex mental health needs, enabling them to live their lives as independently as possible. Committed to a person centred approach, they provide a diverse portfolio of services and are looking for an accomplished multi-site Operations Manager to lead manage and co-ordinate their Mental Health Services, including the development and commissioning of major development projects.

As Operations Manager you will be instrumental in driving the quality of the services whilst promoting positive outcomes for users and all stakeholders. You will provide professional guidance, coaching and expertise to your team of managers and develop key relationships with external agencies and commissioners. Commercially focused, you will be tasked with increasing the band width, identifying organic or new business acquisition opportunities, producing feasibility studies and overseeing the implementation and creation of new services. Working alongside a passionate and capable team, you will have full P&L responsibilities and play an influential part in the strategic direction of the organisation as a whole.

Having previously managed a large and dispersed team, you will have a proven track record of delivering operational results within health and social care provisions across both Residential and Supported Living. Dedicated to delivering the highest levels of quality care, you will have extensive knowledge of the relevant standards and legislation, excellent organisational skills and an innate ability to get the best from people. During your career to date you will have succeeded in the development and commissioning of new services.
