We are very excited to be working with our client based in Birmingham who is at the forefront of providing back office payroll to their clients. Due to recent growth an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and aid efficiency of the day to day runnings of our client’s constant growing business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for full scale management of a dual department within the business and will report directly to the Finance Director.

We are looking to speak to driven hands- on professional’s, who are seeking their next career move and want to be a catalyst within a well established growing corporation.

The ideal candidate will have 3+years experience managing teams & a proven track record in delivering results

Salary:

  • £40,000-£45,000+ Bonus OTE £55,000

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Ezy Solutions’ Payroll and Onboarding Functions.

  • Responsible for managing two growing teams in the business and ensure smooth process of weekly duties.

  • To work closely with other members of the Senior Management Team to ensure communication is streamlined across the business.

  • Responsible for producing timely reporting on performance of departments.

  • Supporting the business in resource management across functional departments.

  • Provide support to teams in providing motivation to staff to achieve goals.

  • The ongoing training and development of the staff, working with team leaders to identify development areas and putting development plans in place to ensure the needs are met

  • Responsible for driving continuous improvements across departments.

  • Responsible for dealing with escalated client issues across departments.

Experience:

  • Background in Finance beneficial but not required.

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role would be desired.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Man management skills.

  • Amiable character of whom can relate and work with all areas of the business.
