My client is an affordable housing and public sector building services specialist. They work with local authorities and social landlords to build, maintain and renew the homes, properties and public buildings in their care.
They are looking for an Operations Manager on a permanent basis to join the team.
Main duties will include;
Promote continuous improvement in quality, H&S, environmental, people management and client relations
Develop operational delivery plans for tenders
Develop and maintain productive relationships with key Clients/ Customers/spend time talking to Customers
Manage communications between key functions within contract teams, ensuring that all operational activities are integrated with other business activities.
You will need experience in knowledge of Microsoft Packages, knowledge of responsive repairs/voids/planned works/project works and knowledge of Social housing/Commercial/Projects/Insurance.
Benefits include a Â£6000 car allowance.
