Premier Inn are coming to Salisbury! This fantastic new site opening is in need of an Operations Manager to led the team. This new 65 bedroom hotel is due to open in August 2018. The ideal candidate will have prior management experience and be able to join our team during the summer to have a great induction ready to launch the new site into success at the end of August!

You'll lead a motivated, multi-skilled team in being the best they can be. Along with broad industry experience that includes working on reception, in the kitchen and housekeeping, you'll know all about financial and revenue management, as well as health and safety compliance. You'll also bring strong commercial insight and quickly get up to speed with our brand values and standards. Most importantly, you're an accomplished people manager who champions individuals and teamwork, understands the importance of communications and can motivate all to embrace change.
