Absolutely fantastic opportunity as an Operations Manager working for a Global Data Marketing firm. The purpose of the role is to support the COO in all of his business related duties and to provide the company with company secretarial and office management duties. If you have an interest in Political Sciences, want progression and to work for an influential business then this is the role for you! The role is split into 3 parts; Operational, Company Secretarial and Office management.

This role requires someone with excellent interpersonal skills and confidence to communicate at all levels. This is a very busy and varied role which requires excellent organisational and time management skills. You will be working closely with the COO who is not based in the UK and therefore need to be solutions orientated and have the confidence to make non business critical decisions. This role will suit someone who is a 'completer finisher' due to the nature of projects you will be providing support on. This is an integral role within the business and offers fantastic opportunity for you to learn from influential people within the business and develop further within yourself.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


Project Manage of companywide internal projects

Project Management of tasks assigned by the COO

Manage relationships on behalf of the COO

Troubleshoot issues within the company and establish processes to avoid these issues arising again

Liaise with Lawyers, recruiters and accountants

Put in place company procedures and policies as needed

Ensure correct legal processes are followed in the document signing process

Manage various Cofnidential matters


Oversight of state business registration and annual filings of multiple US and UK companies

Management of business insurance for all companies

Liaise with UK and US company secretarial agents

Keep track of all company documents and certificates

Complete vendor forms for clients

Office Management:

Project management of office acquisitions from lease negotiation through to fit out

Organisation of all office maintenance

Management of insurance for all offices

Ordering office supplies

Management of all office vendors

Ordering Friday night drinks

Organising Christmas and summer parties

Approving all travel

Organising travel insurance

Person Specification:

A min of 3 years experience in an office/infrastructure/operational management role

An interest in Political sciences is an advantage

Office Management experience is essential

Basic understanding of accounts

Basic understanding of company secretarial matters

People management


A can-do attitude with a view to make things happen

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Confidence to communicate with key internal and external stakeholders

A natrual problem solver
