As part of their ongoing expansion they seek a multitalented Operations Manager to oversee the service and installation side of the business across two sites in Manchester and Merseyside.
To be successful in the role you will ideally come from a construction, industrial or manufacturing background and have experience of most of the following:
Management and motivation of service and project teams
Planning and guidance for resource planning, subcontractors and suppliers
Overseeing the adherence and implementation of Health and Safety standards to ensure "Every day is a Safe Day" on company and client sites.
Motivating, monitoring and guiding Project Managers to deliver projects within strict timeframes and within contracts budget.
Encouragement of smart working to maximise on time saving and profit within high quality standards
Challenging existing procedures and methods of working to improve process.
Review and management of subcontractors and suppliers
Analysis of business activities and business plans
Salary: £49-53 based on experience, Profit and KPI based bonus, car, good pension scheme,
