Using your first rate ops management and organisational skills this role would suit a confident and well put together office/operations manager who has ability to lead by example and supervise the office coordinator who will report directly into the office/operations manager.
As well as responsibility for working alongside the HR, finance, facilities and legal teams to complete projects this role requires a self starter who can introduce, implement and improve existing processes drawing on your ops experience to make a good place to work - a great place to work!
As the firm has only recently moved to new premises the ideal candidate would have experience of office moves, running projects involving space planning and office set up.
A fun and vibrant place to work this post will also be responsible for social secretarial duties planning company event and get-togethers!
