The main responsibilities of the operations manager will be to manage ground operations department and deliver operational efficiencies within business timescales. The operations manger will be responsible for; maintaining excellent administration, customer service and process efficiencies. The operations manager will also be responsible for driving department performance through effective leadership and demonstrating an understanding of internal systems.
Responsible for effective performance management (including coaching and development), productivity, morale and team development, system, process and procedures reviews. To provide great leadership skills and assist with daily problem solving, operational troubleshooting and a sharp commercial approach to product distribution.
