I am recruiting for an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join my client on the outskirts of Lincoln .
This stunning hotel has recently been awarded an AA rosette for culinary excellence and is an extremely popular wedding and event venue.
It is an exciting time as the hotel has undergone a major refurbishment over the last two years.
The Ideal Candidate Must:
- Have Food and Beverage Management experience
- Have clear leadership and drive standards forward.
- Have strong Food and Beverage knowledge
- Be able to comfortably manage a busy restaurant as well as managing hotel events for up to 200 guests.
- Develop staff training
- Be able to run the day to day operation of a hotel, ensuring staff are working as they are meant to and any guest issues are resolved in a professional manner.
