Attracting a great mix of both business and leisure guests you’ll have a clear focus when it comes to driving guest measures and achieving the high standards set by both the guests and company. With dinner driving a high volume of guests and a keen focus on increasing the breakfast revenue a strong background in F&B is desirable. Our Operations Managers lead the way in making our guests feel brilliant through a great night's sleep. Most importantly, you're an accomplished people manager who champions individuals and teamwork, understands the importance of communications and can motivate all to embrace change. Salary up to £33.5K Plus excellent benefits and bonus scheme.
