About the Role

Join a fast-growing Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) firm as an Operations Manager / Wealth Executive. This hands-on role is perfect for someone with a strong financial services background, ideally with experience as a Senior IFA Administrator. You will help shape operations, support advisers, and contribute directly to the firm’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule client annual progress meetings via email and phone
• Liaise with accountants to ensure accurate records
• Train and support new staff
• Keep client-facing teams on track with targets
• Match incoming client payments
• Assist in preparing Suitability Reports
• Ensure payments are correctly reflected on the investment platform

• Proven experience in financial services, ideally as a Senior IFA Administrator
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communication with clients and colleagues
